President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama will travel to Arizona today to deliver remarks in remembrance of the victims of the mass murderer at a memorial service, “Together We Thrive: Tucson and America.”
Attorney General Eric Holder, Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, a former governor of Arizona, and U.S. Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy will also attend the service.
The event will be held at 6 p.m. ET at the McKale Memorial Center on the campus of the University of Arizona Tucson. The event service is free and open to the public.
